Dear Parents/Carers: We are writing to inform you of our decision to use Google Classrooms (which offers G Suite as a learning application) to facilitate learning, particularly for those children and families who are isolating or in the event of future national or localised lockdowns.
Although we have used, and will continue to use, Purple Mash and Sumdog for some home-learning and other activities, we know that Google Classrooms is a more versatile online learning platform. It allows teachers to choose the work set for your children, and it allows for greater communication between the learners and teachers.
By Friday 2nd October, your child will have received their Google Classroom login, which should be stuck in the front of their home-learning journals. We ask that parents and carers please log in to their child’s account and accept the invitation to join their class.
